The substation was designed to supply Emergency and Normal power to the hospital and a new administration building. We performed work in confined space to pull cables and reroute circuits within the hospital’s microgrid. We coordinated with the FAA and helicopter life flights to crane the transformers and switchgear to the access door of the building. The project had to be completed in order to supply power to the build of the administrative building. Agile was ahead of schedule and providing power for both the hospital and administrative building before it was required.
