The cooling tower specifically cools the aircraft corrosion control facility. It is a two-story paint booth for both fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft. The booth must not exceed a specific temperature for the paint to dry correctly and adhere to the aircraft fuselage. Agile suggested a new pump that maintained the same volume at a lower pressure which helped the tower reservoir retain more water at startup. The maintenance engineer was very pleased with the outcome of the project.
